Audit Process

ISO registration audits are our primary focus to standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001 and OHSAS 18001 etc.We also can perform pre-audits based on upcoming revisions such as ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001:2007. Our registration audits and our certification audits are with accredited auditors. We also do offer compliance (system verification), vendor audits, and internal auditing.

  • The Audit Process:

    Our work is in certification, but we also offer additional services, mostly around inspection and advice.
    • Visit to Business Premises:
      • We will arrange an appointment to visit your business premises to review your existing procedures.
    • Review of Existing Process:
      • A comparison of your procedures alongside the standards you require, Review of Manuals & certificates to confirm they are Updated.
    • Advise on any changes required to the Process:
      • Having exposed the areas of non-compliance, help, assistance and advice will be given to prepare a plan to rectify the non-compliant sections.
    • Audit your procedures and processes against your Manual:
      • Audit will done according to manuals, certificates and current processes,to rectify the drawback in procedures.To find out the non-compliance in system.
    • Areas of non-conformance:
      • You will receive your report highlighting the areas of non-compliance and advising you of a plan of action for rectification.
    • Documents and advice etc to create conformity:
      • When areas of non-compliance are identified, all materials required(i.e. Health & Safety requirements and documentation)
    • Confirmation of Acceptance:
      • Upon your confirmation of acceptance of the non-compliant areas, together with a commitment from yourselves to rectify them, we will commence to prepare your respective manual.
    • Presentation of Certificates & Manuals:
      • Upon confirmation from our auditor that he/she is satisfied that the areas of non-compliance have been rectified, your certificate, manual and logos will be presented.



Transfer of Certificate:

  • If you are already an ISO certified Organisation but would like to transfer your Certification to ICT,then contact us today to arrange your Compliance Audit visit.
  • You have the right to transfer certification to another certification body at any time during the certification cycle and as long as your company has a current certificate.
  • If you choose to transfer your certification to ICT'S Certification Services, this process will be completed in accordance with our procedures.
